So what are polyphenols?
Polyphenols are natural compounds that help plants stay strong and resilient. When we consume them, we benefit from that same nutritional and protective power.

Most standard prebiotic fibres and polyphenol extracts only measure or retain what can be easily extracted. In the process, the whole fruit matrix is removed and with it, non-extractable polyphenols, known as NEPPs. When fibre is stripped out, these compounds are lost too.
